Quality Control

Hira Filters incorporates organization-wide efforts for Total Quality Management (TQM) into every phase of a project, from design through shipment, and monitors quality in real-time. When you ask Hira Filters how many people in the organization are dedicated to quality, the answer is: “everybody’.  Hira Filters has a dedicated quality department, but the machine operators, toolmakers, design engineers, and even the administrative staff understand and appreciate that quality is an important aspect of their job. That’s a reflection of Hira Filters’ corporate commitment to quality.

Quality begins with Hira Filters’ commitment. We follow 6S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) and 4M (Material, Method, Machine, Man) procedures. Likewise, we follow change control procedures to include minimal disruption to services, reduction in back-out activities, and cost-effective utilization of resources involved in implementing change. All this has been implemented through a company-wide quality system, mistake-proof quality processes, and thus we have attained an ISO 9001:2015 certification.

For a professional and advanced marketing system we follow Efficiency Control Process of micro-level analysis of the various elements of the marketing, including sales force, advertising, sales promotion, and distribution.

We manufacture high-quality filters, sheet metal components, and plastic parts such that they meet international class quality standards. The identification of glitches is a continual endeavour, using advanced detecting technologies and analytical process control to always monitor production standards and identify variances as soon as possible.
